Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 30 September 2024 through 04 October 2024 it acquired no. 1,373 treasury shares for a total consideration of 47,705.71 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.Details of the daily transactions on the Euronext Milan are as follows:
