Whistleblowing

Companies Buzzi’s group make available to anyone who becomes aware of illegal conduct or violations of Code of Conduct Buzzi’s group appropriate channels of reporting, to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting person.

Reports shall be sent as follows:

• through website:

  only for reports related to the Buzzi group's European Union companies
   
• through website:
  https://app.convercent.com/en-us/Anonymous/IssueIntake/IdentifyOrganization
  only for report related to the Buzzi group's American companies
   

Furthermore, each Company may adopt additional channels of reporting (please refer to local Company websites).

Companies Buzzi’s group are committed to protect the confidentiality of the whistleblower identity. We assure that no retaliation or discriminatory action, either direct or indirect, will be taken against the whistleblower who does the report in good faith.
