Change in the structure of Share capital
Buzzi Unicem communicates the new composition of its share capital resulting from the mandatory conversion of savings shares into ordinary shares and from the elimination of the par value of the shares, effective on 18 January 2021, as notified today to the Alessandria-Asti Company Register.
Therefore, Buzzi Unicem’s fully subscribed and paid-in share capital is €123.636.658,80, divided into 192.626.154 ordinary shares with no par value, as shown in the table below.
