Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 26 August 2024 through 30 August 2024 it acquired no. 36,837 treasury shares for a total consideration of 1,285,669.70 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
