Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 09 September 2024 through 13 September 2024 it acquired no. 276,977 treasury shares for a total consideration of 9,547,053.64 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
